1. When you order, we confirm the production time, sailing date,all shipping documents and the information of forwarder.

3. When the stuffing at factory finished, we will send you the photos of it to you to /confirm/i.
4. once sailing on board ,we will inform you the expected arriving time .
5. After the ship sails, we will make all the documents including packing list,commercial invoice,CO,Phytosanitary Certificate,Fumigation certification,BL,Insurancefor you to handle customs clearance, and then confirm with you by e-mail.
6. Before the ship arrived at the destination, we will inform you in advance by 7 days.
